In luxuries, where every single detail spells out a one-of-a-kind touch, not only perception, but perfection—which is solely achieved through subtle touches of refinement—lives within silences. Such is the tale of the Pertica, which came alive not out of need, but for a passion to find balance between form and function.
The development of Pertica was inspired by an innovative customer who had tall wardrobes that made traditional reach tools inadequate. Instead of simply asking for a tool, he asked for a pole that could be used as part of his wardrobe and would rest elegantly when not in use. This pole would need to be the appropriate height and blend in with his existing hangers.
Motivated by the given challenge, our team innovated for an entire week. They went to the beautiful hills of Panarea and were inspired by the outline of yachts in the distance. This journey gave birth to Pertica, a versatile pole that complements the wardrobe of the customer.
The Pertica hook was designed with a dual purpose in mind: a single, rounded horn with a diameter of exactly 3 centimeters, which sits elegantly on top of the wardrobe rail, and a narrow, tapered extension that is designed to hold hangers with effortless ease. This yacht-like form was intricately designed in 3D, prototyped, and finally fabricated from gleaming plexiglass, a material selected for its brilliance and strength.
The advancement of Pertica was not its end. Observing the different needs of our consumers, we developed a bespoke wardrobe solution that beautifully incorporates set integrated holders in the hangers for tall wardrobes. These designs maintain achieving balance between aesthetics and ergonomics.
The development of our accessories was greatly advanced by the additional custom orders that came our way. One customer envisioned a shoehorn and brush—not merely tools, but emblems of ritual and refinement. We designed objects that went beyond simply preparing the user to assist them in elevating the act of preparation. The bespoke shoehorn, carved from solid oak, bleached to perfection, speaks with quiet and understated luxury. Its surface is matte to the touch and delightfully delicate. The curves are studied, balanced, and precise; the texture is smooth, soft, and reflects light ceremoniously. The bend follows a hand’s motion as effortlessly as breathing. The brush, meanwhile, was born from that dialogue between elegance and utility. It was crafted with bristles of natural origin and poured into a cast that is oak bleached, offering not grip, but sublime grace. Each element was crafted to satisfy tactile pleasure and beauty seamlessly.
Each innovation was a direct response to the need that drove us to develop bespoke luxury. Every detail of design, choice, and refinement was preceded by the core values we, as a brand, cherish: timeless beauty, visionary creativity, and relentless devotion to perfection.
